More Blue Monday

As Tron's new remix made me get out the 12" version of BM to listen to, it dawned on me there could be an even bigger match for the bass/lead to BM with another SID.
Comic Bakery.
Imagine the bass/drums to BM in your head and hum the theme to CB over the top. It seemed to almost line up to me
Thing is, can someone pull it off?

My comic bakery (dhs vs ppot) had, initially, exactly the purpose to be a "new order" styled remix (the 303 remix, if you remember it).
(in the "Larger than NO remix", "NO" stands for New Order).
Something of that idea survived in the final outcome: check the guitar at the beginning of it

Yeah I think I may do actually... I've got the mp3 in question on my HD here, I'll go check it out

Wasn't there a remix guideline on RKO stating something about the dubiousness of combining a sid with Blue Monday? It wasn't with Comic Bakery by any chance?
Martin Galway actually states in the liner notes of Project Galway that Comic Bakery started out initially as a version of Level 42's "Hot Water". I'm not really familiar with that tune, but perhaps mixing elements from all three ideas could have the potential for something unique?
Blue Monday+Hot Water+Comic Bakery+Remixers own touches = ?
Just a thought.
