I just saw that demo and holy sh-t that's a great demo :)

Like on the c64, the groups keep on doing stuff that no one thought was possible to do :D

D-mn i wish i had learned how to program back on the c64 and amiga days  But i'm to lazy! :?

It was pretty darn cool, yeah. I remember saying to myself "OK, I think we have a winner" after Fairlight's Track One had been shown. A little later they showed Starstruck and I had to remind myself never to jump into conclusions. :) I did give my first-place vote to the Fairlight demo, but it was obvious from all the cheering that it had a formidable challenger in the TBL one. I can't say I'm unhappy about how the final results turned out - I doubt that the Fairlight guys are either, their Dead Ringer dominated the 64k intro competition with such an overwhelming margin that it actually scored more points than the two closest runners-up together.

Very nice demo indeed.. I just showed it for a friend who converted to pc long before the rest of us.. His jaws dropped below the floor :)

Anyway. TBL has always been good at tweaking the Amiga.. The funny thing is that they are probably not finished tweaking it yet.. :) Just think impossible and they will do it..

Only thing I miss lately is the guys from MadWizards.. Where the hell did they go ?? They also made some nice demo.. It was quite nice to see the PPC Amiga is actions...

It really does look sweet ... For those who haven't seen it you can find it on google video and probably on youtube too. And well... with google you can find thousands of links to it so no real problem there really :p I guess everybody figured the obvious already

Back to the demo, it really did blow me off my chair and man does it look sweet. Haven't really seen anything like this in a while, really cool. Hope we can see something even closely as good as this in the near future, since you can't never have enough...

A higher quality video can be found on ziphoids mp3 page..

It's a great demo.. Can't wait to get to my friend Ranzbak's place and load it on his A1200's HDD..

I just hope the 10Megs of memory will be sufficient for the demo..

Not really, it needs ~64 MB or more...

WOW, with that amount of memory I can belive it is possible to do a demo like this on the Amiga :D

It's like on the PC, when you put more memory in, it works better and alittle faster :)

How much disk space does the demo take? :)

About 36 MB all in all. Most of that memory is probably used for the prerendered animated skyboxes and the music.

I remember when i was verry VERRY impressed over how they could do glens vectors, stencil vectors and those kind of stuff...

And now this? WOW! :D

Even how they could do vector stuff on the c64, AMAZING! :D
