This morning I checked my e-mail and found a message from a couple of people asking me about some of my OpenGL effects. This one guy mentioned Digg. Then I discovered: wow - my site just got to the frontpage of Digg.com for my "hey - i'm learning to program opengl " effects.
The poster then got flamed because he had claimed the effects were open sourced. The title also claimed they were in C++, oops. Anyway, it's nice to get that kind of feedback.

a little fact for those who dont know.
Digg.com got started by Kevin Rose who used to be the Uber Hacker geek on the TV Show called "TechTV" on US Channels.
He got the nick name "Dark Tipper" because of some of the topics like hacking an XBOX etc...
Last I heard he was selling the idea behind digg.com or the site digg.com for something like 4 Million.
