I have discs 1-5, still listen to them some times.

I have volume 2, 3 and 5 on tape.

You're right, remakes! But there are some very good remakes too. I had one or two of them on tape. Loved them.

That the one with yellow perspectived sans serif font on the front ? if so, yeah got that too... Anyone got the Eric Kunzel tapes ? (Cincinnati pops orchestra) those were ACE, i have a few, but not all.

The one that I have as I remember were horrible almost General Midi type remakes. They dont do any justice to Vangelis.

No you're right but for me they served as an introduction to that kind of music. It was also the first time I heard Ravel's Bolero. Since then I learned to appreciate the real version instead. (I guess I was about 10 years old at that time).
