M-Audio & Retro Remakes (Dissapointments)

Post by Analog-X64 »

Well I'm kinda of bummed about two things and would like to offload onto you. :(

Monday I purchased an M-Audio Keystation 49e, I realised after taking it home that its missing "Abelton Live" So I went back to the .com website and it still states that it should be included. So I went to e-mail support about why I dont have a copy. Well now its thursday and they have not responded. So I went back to the site and browsed around some more and it appears they have two seperate pages for the keyboard a U.S. Page and a Canadian page. And guess what?? The Canadian page has Abelton Live missing. I wish they would write me back and at least explain why that is.

The second thing I'm bummed about is Retro Gamer. I subscribed to it last year and since I've been away from home my have has kept them aside for me. Well they never sent me a notice that my subscreption was running out and being busy and all, I forgot that the issues had stopped coming. So the last Issue I got was #26. With Time differences etc... it took me a week to get a hold of the publisher and re-new my subscreption, I asked if they could ship me back issues like most magazines do and they the lady on the phone told me they dont have any.

I figured they would start shipping me starting the current issue #30 on the news stands...and guess what? I got a notice in the mail thanking me for subscribing and it tells me that my first issue will be #34 :(

That sucks.

I've got a spare #31 here and I'll see if the shops have any #30 left if you're interested. I can sign both if you wish too ;)

(as I have articles in both of those issues heh)
