Nexus [Blue Terminal Mix]

My first post in this forum
to announce
My first c64-remix in almost 2 years.
I've always loved the moody Nexus soundtrack & played the game quite a lot back in the days, use to listen to the SID quite often.
Have wanted to enhance it a little since a long time but never figured out exactly what to do with it. It's a quite complex tune at times & has no real arrangement.
I had two possible ways to do this:
1) Re-arrange the lot, edit out a couple of passages & arrange the rest into something "easier" to grasp.
2) Leave it as it is.
I decided to go with alternative #2 since I just couldn't edit anything out of the track, it's just perfect the way it is.
The "remix" is made in Cubase & based on 3 exported channels of the original SID. The added speech consists of phrases & textlines from the game ran through some online speech-thingy.
I think it turned out ok.
