Hey, well done Volker :)

Here's Google's translation into English, which is quite amusing :)

In whisks on time journey to the PC stone time Commodore 64: On 21 June 400 fans of the first people computer meet to the largest C-64-Party. From Joerg Frenzel whisk - C 64 - who assumes a carbon isotope behind this combination, a particularly interesting square on that Hamburg city plan or such a thing, is not one with security: Computer fan. For those contemporaries the contraction and all this that is connected with it, possesses an almost magic aura. It stands for "Commodore 64", the first genuine people computer, which is compared with today's devices a technical joke, but has a faithful trailer crowd. And those will meet on Saturday, 21 June, in whisks. To the largest "C-64-Revival-Party" of Germany approximately 400 guests from the whole Federal Republic are expected beyond that and. Volker Buckow (30), alias Dr. Future, is the supervisor of this unique scene event. It ventilated the secret of the popularity of the machine: "who does not remember also today gladly the scratching, dreistimmigen, terribly popular melodies, those the simple plays accompanied?" The machine and its melodies became cult. So intensively that the titles of the programmer/composers Rob Hubbard, Martin Galway and Chris Huelsebeck were fit in remixed and into an Dance Disco club environment - "SID Grooves" are designated these compositions after the sound chip PC veterans. These pieces will have to be heard also on the "ultimative Retro party" (Buckow) starting from 19 o'clock in the club "Shooters" in the Wedeler station. "ingenious music", schwaermt Buckow. Thus not enough: Original Composer will adjust themselves, a first performance of a new album wirds will give, music from the 80-ern von Kraftwerk to Alphaville and naturally matches in Original-C-64-Spielen, which has to usually do with Ballern, but are even "cult". "bake in time Live" is the name of a unique series of Events from England. The idea originally existed only in a giant party of the C-64-Remix-Szene, one of the largest Underground scenes of the world with hundreds of Remixern and ten thousands of fans, where simply Dance Remixes in Discolautstaerke in a large club should be played - the meetings had a giant success. No miracle that Buckow booked already 250 registrations after publication of its party plans in the appropriate groups of InterNet, many of it from the C-64-Hochburgen in the Rhine country, England and Sweden. How does it come that Buckow selected itself straight whisks as potenzielles C-64-Mekka? Wouldn't the metropolis Hamburg have been the better scenery? Buckow: "no, the city is rather no matter to the people, it arrives on the meeting." And so away Hamburg is also not far. Who thereby wants to be, "if the sound of the past again up-arises - with the Karma from yesterday and the power from today", look after in the InterNet under the address http://www.backintimelive.de.

Hey Chris, how is the organising for the next UK "bake in time Live" event going? My mate Wayne can supply the cakes, he's a baker!

Also, I love the carbon isotope bit - I mean, where is that from?

Hehe, the next shot:

The "Tageblatt Tip" has a nice article (and another horror-picture  ) in the recent issue.

Ok, they write something I never told (I never was @BIT Live London, hehe...), but who carez 'bout details? 8)

For the Germans:

okay, but i hope that the first 50 guest won't be disappointed when they don't get "the newest back in time live-cd" like written in the article

anyway, according to the article this idea comes form matthias schönfeld so you don't have a problem
