My "Wings of Death"-Remix is almost finished. Maybe you can play the finished version in your show. Thanks again for ripping the speech samples... :D

*Points at topic*

So you decided to wait a while, and then hijack the RetroVision name again, despite previous talks about how it might cause a confusion between your show and the yearly retro event with the same name?

(name removed),

It is considered bad etiquette to revive old threads, this one is at least 8 months old, generally anything more than a couple of months is probably too old.

Changing the Title as well changes the context of the original posting which I quote "I just want to use this thread as "collection" for the weekly "Retro-Zone" which we have every Sunday at 8:00 p.m. CET"

Now this thread is no longer about "Retro-Zone" but "RetroVision" you should have instead created a new thread.

Do you understand why this is wrong in so many ways?

You have decided to use the RetroVision name which would be the same as if I were to organize a Demo Party and call it BreakPoint 2009 or Assembly 2009. Those are very well known events, and could certainly cause a lot of confusion.

Why not come up with something Original?

Could someone translate this to German for (name removed)? I think maybe the German to English translator he is using is not adequate.

If you'll look into it further - the rights to the name 'RetroVision' are owned by mark rayson 'or retromarkie' so by using that name youre in breach of copyright and he could quite easily sue...

I've never been to BreakPoint, Back In Time, or Assembly and possibly will never visit because I live in Canada... so by your logic its ok for me to organize an Event and call it Back In Time?

You have to understand if you were doing something totally different not related to the Retro Scene it might be ok.. but its not.

This looks fantastic (the upcoming Plus/4 video) ---- I love the level of enthusiasm, (name removed)!

I recall looking wistfully at the Plus/4 games in a Sears catalog when I was a kid. Now it's something of a historical oddity.
