You may or may have not noticed that I have been quiet for a while and this is why.
Since the Start of this year Jan 4th... This is what I've been working on at work.
the 2010 Camaro, used in the Transformers movie.
Here is the convertible version.
We have been building the necessary equipment required to build the bottom chassis of this car. So I've been doing everything from electrical wiring, tuning of motors and programming industrial Robotics.

Brutal cars! Cool, you are one of those guys on Discovery in the workshops. Extreme Machines or something like that. With no sleep and no life during insane projects and deadlines. Cool to see what people are doing, except hanging out on R64.com and listening to SIDs.

My Main task is to Program the Industrial Robots that do various tasks building these cars, but usually thats at the later stage of the game. In between, I may help Wire the Controllers(Computers) that control the Robots, I than work with different departments/skill sets like the Mechanical or Engineering or Controls.

Here is a good video showing the different types of applications that I may program Robotics to do.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1-J_EzKm_70
Now this is going to sound funny, but the first few seconds of the video when the Robot is lifting a part with suction cups. that is Bad Programming and very Jerky and Robotic. A good program will look Smooth and not jerky.
Here is a closeup of one of the models.
