Commodore Remix

Hello,

I am not sure if anybody else here noticed the news item that Dr. Future posted on the main Remix64 site but I must say that I was really excited to hear of this new CD from the genius that is Jogeir Liljedahl so without even listening to it I ordered and downloaded the entire album based on the fact that I enjoyed his The Wanderer album so much 9 years ago!

After listening to it on repeat for the past few hours I can honestly say that this is without doubt the best electronica CD I have listened to for ages. All the tracks are simply lovely to listen to and it seriously ticks all the boxes.

There is even a nod to the C64 in Track 5: Infinity which you cannot mistake as taking lots of influences from Mr Galway's Green Beret Subtune #1, but then again Galway was influenced by Jarre so who am I to judge

I would recommend this album if you like chilled out electronic music which I assume you do seeing you are here reading this post

Oh boy, this is great news indeed! I've just sent my 12 bucks for the FLAC version and can't wait to hear Jogeirs latest opus.

I also sense some Parallax influence in tune #1 and Gyroscope in tune #3.

I've been listening to the preview versions on http://www.lynnemusic.com/jogeir-outofsilence.html for a few days and I think I made up my mind now and will purchase the album.

You won't regret it!
