Visa Röster on Swedish TV on Friday.

Hi Guys!


Just to let you know, Visa Röster will be performing a 2-minute computer music a cappella-act on Swedish national TV tomorrow Friday the 10th of October. We will be singing Nintendo Wii-songs (but - HEY - don't worry, there's some pieces of Commodore 64 music as well, since the Nintendo Virtual Console actually lets you play International Karate ). The target audience for the show are kids aged 10-14...


Anyway, the program is called "Rampljuset", and is scheduled for 19:30 Swedish local time on the SVT-B channel (Barnkanalen, Children's channel) Friday 10th of October 2008. Normally, there's more than half-a-million people watching the show.


I hope you'll enjoy it - we did, at least!

We had fun. It wasn't the best performance we've done, sound was pretty bad and monitoring as well - but whatever! I'm sooo happy that I'm not involved in making TV shows. It must be difficult living life as a contract employee staying a couple of months per project, then moving on.

Anyway, we're all back to normal. I didn't quit my day-job, and I would never do it anyway! I'm just kidding! Life is awesome, and I managed to sneak in a little Commodore 64 music into nearly a million peoples' living rooms! ...and now I'll be laughing all the way to the bank.... no sorry... all the way home to my family!

I thought that gong'ing you out before the end of the set was a bit harsh - especially since the audience couldn't come up with more of a reason than "I don't like it".

Then again, your average 10-14 year old is probably so full of sugar that a bunch of grown-ups 'singing' video game tunes seems terribly old hat.
