I know I'm two months late picking up on this but hey, I'm 30 years late in half my computing habits recently. (It still feels so good to slip a new blank tape into the Datasette to back up the games I download.)

There was also a Youtube video featuring a clip from a ping pong match, streamed in colour and uploaded to Youtube. Some said it was a fake though.

Also nice is Bunnies In Trouble, featuring photo graphics and 'thumbnail' snatches from some computer party: http://noname.c64.org/csdb/release/?id=99816

When they rushed out the prototype 64 in a fortnight the boffins certainly didn't know they'd created an icon. However, a job on the humble Spectrum pips this to the post: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=8070&start=15#p88203

I've been emailing that guy I mentioned in the CBM compiler thread and he said video streaming was already done. I want to persuade him to code a utility to convert a few frames of my own video to play on the Commie.

Very interesting, I recognize the CG Animation it was done with a free open source 3D Rendering package.
