Commodore Remix

I got an idea to do a remix of Primary Star after discovering its chords on the guitar. I also have my drums set up for recording, so I'm trying to incorporate real instruments into my remixes.

OOh and damn, I've been listening to your recent tunes with the faint 'feel' i can't shake, and I finally remembered . Its an Amiga demo called 'Ice' by the Silents.( One of my all time favourite soundtracks ) It's the lead, tempo, old school look and feel, and I love it.. About the 1:10 mark.. It's not a comparison, it's pure appreciation Mordi, keep up the outstanding work buddy..

A nice demo. Keep going with it. I think it's a pity so few people seem to want to cover old tunes on 'real' instruments, though I know there's been a rash on Youtube.

Very nice buddy, guitar work fits beautifully and the drums seem more in 'sync'? Are these instruments played live? or are you sampling sections and repeating? Looking forward to this..

Its played by me, but I do a lot of cutting and looping. The idea is that I'll record the drums in one take when the arrangement is done. I think it was out of sync before because the guitars were out of sync. Its not perfect right now either, but I'm still deciding the sound, so I'll get to that later.

Made some additional changes. Drums are new but still loops every second verse. Will change this and add more variation.
