Been done too many times this way in a synth style, and with poor mixing and poor choice of instruments, this simply isn't good enough. The mastering's thin and the whole thing is weak. Yawn.
Mixing is poor and the idea isn't exactly fresh. However, it feels like a lot of enthusiasm was put into the arrangement. I'm thinking "This is the best mediocre Giana Sisters remix I've ever heard".;)
Whiney
This is just a 1-to-1 cover and there are just too many better remixes out there!
It's quite nice, does some good alterations to the arrangement. Would have rocked 6 years ago.
I love the bouncy Baselines but the rest is distinctly average.
Hmm.... OK....
Well, it barely does the trick, but as previously stated, this has been done. Over and over again...
Like the middle and end part best. Overall it's a good remix - and yep, I cant stay another giana mix too! :P
Disco retro' mix, like it very much
Great mood, choice of instruments is not that important if the feeling is right - and it is!!!
As already said: Too often done! And without _any_ new ideas those mixes will be having it _very_ hard in my personal judgement these days! So please choose another SID in future or come out with _FRESH_ ideas on this one in the end!
Makes me happy to listen to it, much more than other remixes. A bad voting because it has been done so often (other tunes too), is not fair. Mixing could indeed be improved.
Sounds thin, there's too much high-end here, the lead instrument especially sounds like a mouse screaming in pain. A better mixing job would've helped here. The arrangement is not bad, though.
Nice lead sound starting at 1:10, but something's totally wrong with the bass at 1:50. Disqualified!
This isn't really worth making my time with.. The lead at 1:10 really destroys the mix because it really doesn't fit with the rest of the instruments chosen. I'm not sure about the dubbelbass drums around 2:30.. This wasn't a metal remix now was it?
The interpretive arrangement carries it. The production was fine, but more could have been done to give the track a unique sound.
Nah. Not my cup of tea. There are already way better remixes out there.
The more I listened to it, the more I liked it. It's been done many times, but that shouldn't affect the score. It's a well done arrangement.
I prefer machinae supremacy's version in so many ways!
Think its not sooo bad cool stuff nice sound
It's the overall impression that really counts; and although I agree with some of the criticism regarding mixing and instrument choice, it still sounds great with those small alterations (like the higher pitched notes) to the original tune. Very well done

Melody finally comes in at 1:25. The beatwork was produced nicely, but felt like it could have been more impactful. Good tradeoffs between the synth lead and the stuttering synth handling the melody, as well as changing the supporting instrumentation, present throughout the rest of the track.
While the track didn't introduce new sound/writing ideas after a certain point, there was still a noticeable sense of making the arrangement evolve and develop over time. The melodic leads constantly traded off, while the background combinations shifted constantly as well.
The track does feel a bit too samey after a while despite EzpRado attempting to vary things up. The synths, the beatwork, etc. dragged after hearing them used so much, IMO negatively affecting the replayability of the piece. The emergence of new sounds and writing ideas, like the ending section from 4:13-4:44, should have been used earlier in the track to keep things fresh.
Could have been stronger and introduced more ideas into the picture over time, which holds it back a bit, but what's here is fairly good.
