That's an absolute scream!
Sounds bad...
Try to improve this. You have good ideas and some parts sounds good. Good instead average because it's a Last Ninja 2 music.
Some notes of the bassline are off and are distracting me. Mixing could use some polishing. Some good ideas in there that need more work.
Maybe the drums are too "fake" but I like the idea. Anyway, needs a lot of improvements
Yeah fix the wrong notes, work on the technical parts, guitarr till 0:50 is toooo much, baseline is ok for me, I like that part 1:30 and up, it's cool! 2:05-2:20 is terribly loud. You definitly got potential and I like your style so next try, please ;)
Getting the timing wrong using a midi sequencer is unforgivable, and its ridiculously loud, read up on clipping and mastering.
I can second all what others have already noted. There are awesome ideas with bad execution. Sometimes something is seriously out of tune, check multi-track guitar harmonies. Anyway, you do have a style an it's a weapon if you use with skills. Do it ;)
I like it, it's groovy :)
This is one of my absolute favorite tunes from the C64 time. You have done a brave remix - and I love brave remixes, so well done! :-) However, there are some parts where the sound picture feels a bit too divided between the guitar and the rest.
I like it
The guitar in the beginning is a bit disturbing. However, I must admit that I like the serious attempt and your own interpretation of the original tune.
Nice try. The guitar is a bit too provocate, at times. But pushing the limits and taking up some own inspirational track when doing a remake should be encouraged, so keep it up! Overall good work!
Interesting arrangement, but it needs some more polishing to reach the high marks in my opinion. I bet your next tune will rock.
So so
