Story
Don't quite know where the whole Mexican idea came from. The tune was originally supposed to be gothic and moody, with pipe organs and screaming and stuff. It just didn't work out at all, so after one swift instrument change, organs became pan-pipes. Thats all that was changed.
So the whole thing was an accident. It's repetetive sure, the big solo in the middle dominates the sound in a way I quite dislike, but… Well, it is daft as a brush. Won't set your world on fire, but I like it enough to share it with you.😉

Hi Maindrian ;-) Nice to read a greet in the mp3 (maybe an accident or someone else was meant *g*). Anyways, you can use guitars like this much more ;-)
Nice and flutey... Nuff said
Señor, Me likes!
Sounds harder than the original but keeps the atmosphere
Not overly cheesy. It's pretty fun and a fitting tribute to a classic.
This would be good as an intro for a tune, but not as a tune. It doesn't get going somehow.
Love this song, flutes and guitar sound great, I placed it as the first in my personal playlist of C64 remixes and it gives to me at the same time some sort of sentiment of grit and peace. Talent guy!
