Story
Here's a tune from Last Ninja 2 that Puffy64 didnt attempt, which is fortunate as its one of my favourites. If Puffy had remixed this tune, I would ditch my guitar and do it dance style. If Instant Remedy had remixed this tune, I would have given up on computers all together and tried to cover it on a kazoo or something.
To put it simply, this is the first sid tune I ever heard and loved. I remember stopping off after school, round my friends house to play Last Ninja 2 and we would sit there, humming the loading music. Hilariously, none of us ever got past Central Park. Basically, the nostalgia of it gets me every time.
So its sad to say that I could have covered the tune a lot better. The rythm guitar is a little rough and the lead isnt that great. I'm not exactly Hendrix. I'm still proud of it though, as it is the one remix I've done that I can continually listen to over and over.
Must also point out that, in a moment of utter self-indulgence, I threw a quick blast of Tusker in at the end. I've had that tune in my head for ages and since both games are scored by Matt Gray, I thought it would sound good. It doesnt, but its still a nice little in-joke.

While the mix is perhaps a little long and drags a little towards the end, it mostly manages to hold the attention and is well worth a download for Matt Grey and rock fans alike.

This remix is by no means a bad remix, it's quite cool. But there's that empty feeling you get that makes the difference between great and good.
Overall a damn good effort and worth the download time.
