Story

One of my favourite 80's films though the C64 conversion wasn't as good as it could have been both in music and gameplay. For this remix, I thought soundwise it should have an 80's feel to it just like the original soundtrack. Suprisingly, Grandslam never used any cues from the original soundtrack. To get that 80's sound my remix features a Yamaha TX802 which I used three parts from it (in effect making x3 DX7 mkII's) loud drums from my U220 and my distored Electric guitar for the middle section.

When producing this remix I tried to make it have a soundtrack like quality in structure, that being it has a narrative quality. The first section is the contestants entering the zone, the middle section being a battle and the final section being some sort of resolution to the action. Overall I am pleased with how this remix turned out considering there isn't much to work with from the original sid.

Now it's time to start Running!!

Not my style, but it's an Ok remix. Nice how you build up that dark atmosphere!
Keep up the Good Work!!!
Hey! This one's cool! Like it!
Liked that movie and like that song! "Killian, I'll be back!"
Good one, really feels like a movie soundtrack. My ears want to hear some more '80 drum sounds and perhaps the very last part and the ending could 'spin up' a little more for AAAACTION :) - it's a good remix, anyway.
Not a bad little spin on this tune. I especially like the Solos in the middle ;)
Good!
Managed here to make a pretty substandard sid sound good which should be applauded
Nice
